Our newest engine is a 2014 KME Severe Service Engine and will be assigned to Fire Station #9 at 684 Long Ridge Road when it is placed in service. The new Engine 9 represents a dramatic departure from previous stratagies utilizing  entirely new specifications . All future Stamford Fire Department apparatus purchases will be modeled after this unit
